AFN Conference 2017 Terms and Conditions
A completed copy of the registration form becomes a tax invoice in compliance with ATO requirements after it is paid to Eventbrite.
Communication from AFN
AFN may contact you in the form of email communications, facebook or twitter to promote the conference across your networks. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you would prefer not to receive communications from AFN about the conference.
Special Dietary / Physical Requirements
After your registration has been confirmed an email will be sent to you to complete a dietary and health form. Your requests cannot be catered for unless the form is emailed back to email@example.com before the 7th October 2017. In the event that you submit a late registration (in the last week prior to the conference start) special dietary requirements cannot be promised.
Cancellations must be received in writing by email. A $75 administration fee will apply to all cancellations made before the registration closing date of the 16th October 2017. No refunds will be given after the registration closing date.
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) are not accepted through our Eventbrite payment system. Eventbrite only accepts credit card payments by VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS. Your registration is not confirmed until you have received a receipt and confirmation email from Eventbrite.
For the purposes of the event
AFN will share your details with parties directly related to the conference including the conference managers, venues and accommodation providers (if applicable). Especially in a state of emergency.
Places are limited and will be allocated on a 'first in' payment basis. In the event that no space is available, you will be notified immediately. If you do not receive a confirmation email within three days, please email or call Debbie Hoger 0417 405 727 on behalf of the AFN 2017 Conference to confirm that your registration has been received.
AFN is concerned with the protection of your privacy. We support the privacy principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) as amended. AFN collects and stores your personal information for the purposes of providing a network access between members.
The program is confirmed at the date of publication. AFN reserves the right to make changes to the program as circumstances dictate. Every effort will be made to ensure a program of equivalent standard.
